Our Annual Report provides a comprehensive look at the impact of our work, the progress we’ve made, and the ongoing efforts to support survivors, service providers, and communities across the state.

MNADV transitioned its advocacy trainings to a virtual format, reaching nearly 3,000 people and delivering over 11,500 training hours while expanding initiatives like Military Coordinated Community Response Teams and a financial empowerment pilot program. The organization also strengthened community-to-state advocacy pathways and saw major legislative impact, submitting 66 written and 26 oral testimonies—helping pass 23 supported bills while defeating all opposed legislation.

MNADV continued to provide training and technical assistance to our member programs and allied groups. Standard in-person trainings and events such as our 40-hour comprehensive advocacy training and our biennial statewide conference were all converted to successful on-line experiences. One notable silver lining to the pandemic was that the Network saw record attendance at our trainings and events.
